Ingredients for 1 serving | Total time: 5 minutes

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • Pinch of black pepper

How To Make Turmeric Latte

Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it starts to bubble but make sure not to let it boil and you also want to still it occasionally. Cut off the heat and stir or whisk in the rest of your ingredients. Drink while it’s still hot twice per day.
