Ingredients
- 123 grams (1 cup) of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 10 cups of water
- 2 bags of green tea or 2 tablespoons of loose green tea
- ice
Preparation & Consumption:
In a small pot, add the raspberries and 2 cups of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes, mash the raspberries into a smooth paste or use a blender for a smoother consistency.
