How This Fat Flush Detox Soup Works
So the body does an amazing job when it comes to eliminating toxins through its natural detoxification system but sometimes, it becomes overloaded and needs a helping hand.
Knowing the signs of your body crying out for help is important and tells you that you are consuming the wrong foods and drinks.
One of the best ways to get rid of harmful toxins is by eating a well-balanced diet or foods that have detoxing properties like antioxidants, and fiber.
This fat-flush soup contains vegetables and spices that help support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Fiber helps support digestion and eliminates wastes and spices like ginger, turmeric, and garlic have anti-inflammatory properties.
The soup is also low in calories and saturated fat making it a perfect addition to a weight-loss meal plan.
How To Store Leftovers
I usually just keep this soup in the fridge for up to 5 days. It’s easy to reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave. Simply add 1/2 a cup of water when reheating and let the soup simmer.
I never store this soup in the fridge cause I tried it once and it came out mushy after reheating it. Besides, you need to eat this batch in 3 days to get all its amazing benefits which is what I do!
