- 1 cup of water

You’re gonna need a high-speed blender for this recipe so get it out and let’s make our detox soup. To begin, throw in your cucumber, ginger, onion, avocado, lemon juice, vinegar, and water. Blend until smooth and add in the salt and cayenne pepper.
