With that being said, this detox smoothie contains protein, fiber, vitamin C, and metabolism-boosting properties along with omega-6 fatty acids and antioxidants to help you kickstart the fat-burning process.
However, I recommend you drink this smoothie before or after going to the gym or drink it as a meal replacement shake due to its calorie and fat content.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 banana (peeled & cut)
- 1 orange (freshly squeezed)
- ½ cup of low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
